FT PVT. LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Quota mobile application.

This Privacy Policy explains how Quota accesses, processes, stores, and protects information when you use the application.

Quota is designed to process and store its core usage information locally on your device.

1. Information Quota Accesses and Processes

Quota accesses only the information required to provide its data usage monitoring and bundle management features.

Mobile and Wi-Fi Data Usage

Quota accesses Android network usage information to calculate and display mobile data and Wi-Fi usage.

This may include:

  • Mobile data received and sent;
  • Wi-Fi data received and sent;
  • Daily or historical usage information;
  • Data usage associated with supported applications;
  • Application package names related to usage statistics.

This information is used only to provide data usage monitoring features within the app.

Application Usage Information

Quota uses Android Usage Access and network statistics functionality to determine which applications have consumed mobile or Wi-Fi data.

Quota may process application package names together with their corresponding network usage information.

Quota does not use this access to read the content you view, type, or create inside other applications.

SIM and Subscription Information

Quota accesses limited phone and subscription information to support SIM-based data tracking.

Depending on your device and Android version, this may include:

  • SIM or subscription identifiers used by Android;
  • Carrier or network operator information;
  • Basic SIM status;
  • Information required to distinguish between SIM subscriptions.

This information is used to associate data usage and bundle settings with the correct SIM.

Information You Enter

You may voluntarily enter information in Quota such as:

  • Custom SIM name;
  • Data bundle allowance;
  • Bundle price;
  • Data usage settings;
  • Related configuration preferences.

This information is used to provide calculations, remaining-data estimates, usage history, and other app features.

2. Local Data Storage

Quota stores information required for its functionality locally on your device.

Locally stored information may include:

  • Mobile and Wi-Fi usage history;
  • Per-application data usage records;
  • Application package names;
  • SIM and subscription-related settings;
  • Carrier information;
  • Bundle allowance;
  • Bundle price;
  • App settings and preferences.

Quota uses local application storage, including an on-device database and local preferences.

The analyzed version of Quota does not request Android Internet permission. Therefore, the app itself does not use an Internet connection to upload its locally stored usage information to FT PVT. LIMITED.

3. Permissions Used by Quota

Quota uses Android permissions necessary for its functionality.

Usage Access

Quota requires Android Usage Access to obtain the usage information needed to calculate and display application data consumption.

You can enable or disable Usage Access through your Android device settings.

Phone and SIM State

Quota may use Android phone-state permissions to detect SIM and subscription information required for SIM-specific data monitoring.

These permissions are used for data usage management and are not used for advertising or tracking.

Notifications

Quota may request notification permission to display local alerts related to:

  • Data usage;
  • Bundle limits;
  • Usage thresholds;
  • Other configured data monitoring alerts.

You may disable notifications through your Android device settings.

Background Processing

Quota may use Android background processing features to perform scheduled usage calculations and support local notifications.

The app may also resume required background work after your device restarts.

Vibration

Quota may use device vibration for notification alerts.

This functionality does not collect personal information.

4. Notifications

Quota may generate local notifications based on your data usage and configured bundle settings.

These notifications are generated by the application on your device.

Quota does not use a detected remote push notification service for this functionality.

5. Third-Party Advertising, Analytics and Tracking

Quota does not use detected third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, or tracking services.

The analyzed version of the application does not contain advertising or analytics SDKs and does not use advertising identifiers for these purposes.

6. Internet and Data Transmission

The analyzed version of Quota does not request Android Internet permission.

As a result, Quota's locally stored usage information is not uploaded by the application to FT PVT. LIMITED servers.

Quota's core data usage monitoring and calculation features operate locally on your device.

7. Data Sharing

Quota does not share its locally stored usage records with advertising or analytics providers.

The application's detected usage monitoring functionality is designed to operate on your device.

If you choose to contact us through your email application, information that you voluntarily include in your email will be processed by your selected email provider according to that provider's privacy practices.

8. Feedback and Email

Quota may provide an option to contact us by opening an email application installed on your device.

Sending an email is voluntary.

If you send us an email, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and the contents of your request.

We use such information only to respond to your communication or provide support.

9. Information Not Required by Quota

Based on the analyzed version of the application, Quota does not request access to:

  • Precise or approximate location;
  • Camera;
  • Microphone;
  • Contacts;
  • Photos or videos;
  • Broad device file storage.

Quota also does not provide a detected user account or sign-in system.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Quota keeps usage records and related settings locally on your device for as long as they are required for the application's functionality or until you remove them.

Quota provides functionality for deleting locally stored usage records and configured bundle information.

You may also clear Quota's application data through Android settings or uninstall the application.

Uninstalling Quota normally removes information stored in the application's private local storage, subject to Android operating-system behavior.

11. Data Security

Quota is designed to reduce privacy exposure by storing its detected usage information locally on the user's device.

The analyzed version of the application does not request Internet permission for transmitting this information.

We encourage users to protect their devices using appropriate security measures, such as a screen lock and current operating-system security updates.

12. Children's Privacy

Quota does not contain detected functionality designed to request personal information such as a user's name, personal account details, photographs, contacts, or precise location.

If Quota's functionality or data practices change in a future version, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Quota's functionality, permissions, or privacy practices change.
