This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects or processes, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

FT PVT. LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") provides the App mobile application (the "App"), planned for release on Google Play.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects or processes, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

1. Summary of Our Privacy Practices

• The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location to use the App.
• Video links that you paste into the App are processed locally on your device and are not sent to FT PVT. LIMITED servers.
• Videos and other media you download are saved locally on your device and are not uploaded to FT PVT. LIMITED servers.
• Media placed in Gallery Vault and the Vault PIN or password are stored and verified locally on your device and are not sent to FT PVT. LIMITED servers.
• The App may request access to photos, videos, music, and audio only to provide the media features you choose to use.
• Third-party services used for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, remote configuration, consent management, machine-learning features, and billing may process device, usage, diagnostic, advertising, consent, and purchase-related information under their own privacy policies.
• The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.
• You may request deletion of any information held by FT PVT. LIMITED as described in Section 14.

2. What the App Does

The App is a link-based video downloader.

You may copy a link to content you have permission to save, paste it into the App, and the App may retrieve and save supported media to your device.

The App also provides a download manager, offline playback, media-management features, and Gallery Vault controls.

The App is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform or content provider.

3. Information You Provide

Support Communications

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and any technical details you include.

We use this information only to respond to you, investigate problems, protect the App, and improve our services.

Please do not send passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information in a support request.

4. Information Processed on Your Device

Pasted Video Links

When you paste or enter a supported video link, the App processes that link locally on your device to identify and retrieve the requested content.

FT PVT. LIMITED does not receive or store the pasted link through the App's normal functionality.

The website or platform hosting the linked video may independently receive your request and may process information such as your IP address, device or browser details, cookies, and activity under its own terms and privacy policy.

FT PVT. LIMITED does not control and is not responsible for that third-party processing.

Downloaded Videos and Media

Downloaded videos and related files are saved locally on your device or to a location you select.

FT PVT. LIMITED does not upload these files to its servers and cannot view them.

You may delete downloaded files from within the App or by using your device's file manager, Gallery, or system settings.

Download History and Settings

Your download list and App preferences are stored locally on your device.

Clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App may remove them, subject to your device settings and any applicable device-level backup behaviour.

Gallery Vault

Media placed in Gallery Vault remains locally stored on your device.

Your Vault PIN or password is also stored and verified locally and is not sent to FT PVT. LIMITED servers.

Because FT PVT. LIMITED does not receive the PIN or password, we cannot recover it or restore access if you forget it, uninstall the App, clear App data, lose your device, or remove the relevant local files.

5. Device Permissions

The App requests permissions depending on your Android version and the features you choose to use.

Permissions are requested only when a feature requires them, and no permission is used to upload your personal files to FT PVT. LIMITED.

Photos and Videos

Android permissions such as READ_MEDIA_VIDEO and READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, or legacy storage permissions on older Android versions, may be used to save, select, display, play, organise, share, delete, or protect videos and images.

On supported Android versions, you may be able to grant full access, limited access to selected media, or no access.

If you deny access, features requiring access to the relevant media may not work.

Music and Audio

The App may request Music and Audio access, including READ_MEDIA_AUDIO or legacy storage access on older Android versions.

This access may be used to save, select, play, organise, share, move, export, or protect audio files when you choose to use an audio-related feature.

Notifications

POST_NOTIFICATIONS on supported Android versions may be used to show locally generated download progress and completion alerts and to receive service messages or push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging.

You can turn notifications off at any time through your device settings.

Internet and Network State

INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE may be used to retrieve requested media, check connectivity, display advertisements, validate purchases, record consent choices, and communicate with the third-party services described in this Policy.

Foreground Service

Where required by the Android version and the App's active download implementation, a foreground-service permission may be used to keep a user-requested download running and display a persistent notification while the task is active.

Advertising ID

Where available, the Google advertising identifier may be processed by Google AdMob and related Google services to deliver, limit, personalise, and measure advertising, subject to applicable law and your consent choices.

You may be able to reset or delete your advertising ID through your device's Google settings.

You can deny or revoke permissions through Android settings, although features that depend on those permissions may stop working.

6. Information Collected Automatically

Depending on the service, your region, settings, consent choices, device, and use of the App, third-party services integrated into the App may process:

• App information and performance data, including crash logs, diagnostics, and other performance information.
• Device or other identifiers, including device identifiers, app identifiers, Firebase identifiers, and the advertising identifier where available.
• App activity, including app interactions, screens viewed, features used, session data, advertisement views, and advertisement clicks.
• Consent and purchase information, including advertising-consent signals, product identifiers, purchase status, transaction tokens, and entitlement information.

Additional technical information such as device model, operating system version, language, country or general region, App version, and IP address may also be processed by third-party services.

This information may be used to display and measure advertising, understand how the App is used, diagnose crashes and errors, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, verify purchases, and improve the App.

7. Third-Party Services in the App

The App uses or may use the following Google services:

• Google AdMob — displays advertisements in the free version of the App.
• Google Analytics for Firebase — helps us understand how users interact with the App and identify areas for improvement.
• Firebase Crashlytics — may collect crash reports, stack traces, device state, and diagnostic information used to identify and fix stability issues.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — delivers service messages, feature notices, reminders, and push notifications.
• Firebase Remote Config — retrieves configuration values used to manage App settings, messages, or feature availability without requiring a new App release.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — presents consent or privacy-choice forms where required and records advertising choices.
• Google ML Kit — supports on-device barcode or code-scanning features where available.
• Google Play Billing — processes purchases and helps verify entitlements.
• Google Play Services — provides platform functionality used by Google services integrated into the App.

Google ML Kit may process limited technical information relating to API performance, utilisation, debugging, model behaviour, and device compatibility according to Google's documentation.

Information processed by these services may include Firebase installation or app-instance identifiers, advertising identifiers, device and App information, IP address, usage events, consent signals, crash traces, and diagnostic information.

These services operate according to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

FT PVT. LIMITED does not use these services to upload downloaded media, pasted video links, download history, Gallery Vault content, or your Vault PIN or password to its servers.

8. Advertising and Consent

The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.

AdMob and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, general location inferred from IP address, advertising interactions, and related information to deliver, limit, personalise, and measure advertising, subject to applicable law and your consent choices.

Where required, the App uses the Google User Messaging Platform to present a consent or privacy-options form and record your choices.

Depending on your region and choices, you may receive personalised or non-personalised advertising.

Where available, you may review or change your advertising choices through the privacy-options entry inside the App or through applicable Android and Google advertising settings.

If you purchase an ad-free option, advertisements displayed by the App will stop according to the purchased entitlement.

Analytics, crash reporting, security, purchase verification, and other non-advertising services may continue as described in this Policy.

9. Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases, including an ad-free option or other premium features.

Payments are processed by Google Play Billing.

Google processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy and terms.

We may receive limited purchase information such as the product purchased, purchase status, transaction token, country, and timestamps to verify and manage your entitlement.

FT PVT. LIMITED does not receive or store your full credit-card or debit-card number.

You can manage or cancel applicable subscriptions through your Google Play account.

Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

10. How We Use Information and Our Legal Bases

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation or similar privacy law applies, processing may rely on the following legal bases:

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time through available in-App privacy options or applicable device settings.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

11. How Information May Be Shared

FT PVT. LIMITED does not sell or rent your personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or upload your downloaded media, pasted links, download history, Gallery Vault content, or Vault PIN or password to FT PVT. LIMITED servers.

Advertising

Under certain United States state privacy laws, personalised advertising may be considered the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

If personalised advertising is enabled, identifiers such as your advertising ID and IP address may be processed by Google and participating advertising partners.

Where required by law, you may opt out through available in-App privacy options or applicable device and Google advertising settings.

Purchasing an ad-free option stops advertisements displayed by the App according to the purchased entitlement, but analytics, diagnostics, security, and purchase verification may continue as described in this Policy.

We do not knowingly share personal information belonging to consumers under 16 years of age for targeted or cross-context behavioural advertising.

Information may otherwise be disclosed in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: Providers supporting advertising, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, remote configuration, consent management, machine-learning features, purchase processing, security, and customer support.
• Legal and safety reasons: Where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests, or to protect users, the public, FT PVT. LIMITED, or our rights and property.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable safeguards.
• With your direction or consent: When you ask us to disclose information or otherwise provide consent.

Depending on the service and applicable law, third-party providers may act as independent controllers or as processors on our behalf.

12. Third-Party Websites and Content

The App may retrieve content from websites or platforms that you choose by providing a link.

FT PVT. LIMITED does not control their content, security, availability, privacy practices, or terms and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those third-party services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Your interaction with third-party websites and services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right or permission to download, save, or otherwise use any content accessed through the App.

You should download only content that you own, content that is in the public domain, or content that you otherwise have permission or legal authority to download.

13. Data Retention and Deletion

Data Stored on Your Device

Downloaded media, download history, App settings, Gallery Vault content, and Vault credentials remain on your device until you delete them or they are otherwise removed through your device or App settings.

You can delete local content through the App or your device.

Uninstalling the App or clearing its data may remove settings, history, Vault credentials, and content stored in App-specific storage.

Files saved to shared device storage may remain on your device until you separately delete them.

Support Communications

Support communications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Purchase Records

Purchase-related records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage purchased entitlements and comply with applicable tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

Google and other applicable third-party service providers retain information according to their own privacy policies, retention practices, and settings.

You may use Google, Android, advertising, and device controls to manage or delete certain information.

Because the App does not require an FT PVT. LIMITED account and we do not receive downloaded media, pasted links, or download history through normal App functionality, we generally cannot access or remotely delete those locally stored items for you.

Please include the App name App and enough information for us to locate the relevant records, such as the email address you previously used to contact support or a relevant Google Play order number where applicable.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law after completing any reasonably necessary verification.

Please note:

• Downloaded media, download history, pasted links, Gallery Vault content, and Vault PIN or password are stored locally on your device. You should delete these yourself through the App, file manager, or applicable device and App settings.
• Clearing App data or uninstalling the App may remove App-specific local data, while files saved in shared storage may remain until you separately delete them.
• Purchase records held by Google Play are controlled by Google and are subject to Google's privacy practices.
• We may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

15. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information processed under our control.

Third-party services may use encryption in transit and other security measures as described in their own documentation.

Downloaded media and Gallery Vault content remain under your device's security protections.

No device, application, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and keeping backups of media or information that is important to you.

16. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable local law.

The App does not require account registration, and FT PVT. LIMITED does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account system.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances that require parental consent and valid consent was not provided, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to:

• Managing purchases or subscriptions through Google Play.

Google services and other third-party services described in this Policy may process information in the United States, European Union, and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your country or region.

Where required by applicable law, service providers may use recognised transfer mechanisms, contractual protections, and safeguards described in their respective privacy and data-transfer documentation.
