1. Overview
App helps you locate, open, read, and organize supported documents stored on your device.
The App does not require an FT PVT. LIMITED account, name, email address, phone number, or password to use its main document-reading features.
2. Information We Handle
Technical and Usage Information
Third-party services used by the App may process the following information, depending on their configuration, your region, device settings, and privacy choices:
- Device model, operating system, language, and App version.
- App interactions, feature usage, and usage events.
- Advertising ID, App Set ID, Firebase installation IDs, and similar identifiers.
- IP address, network information, and approximate location inferred from IP address.
- Advertisement requests, impressions, clicks, and interactions.
- Crash traces, errors, App state, and diagnostic information.
- Push-notification tokens and delivery information.
- Consent status and privacy choices.
The App does not request precise GPS location for document-reading features or collect payment-card details directly for Google Play purchases.
Support Communications
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you voluntarily provide so we can respond.
3. Files and Device Storage
The App accesses documents selected by you or available through permissions you grant so it can locate, open, display, and organize supported files.
Documents opened through the App's document-reading features are processed locally on your device. FT PVT. LIMITED does not operate a document-upload server for the App and does not receive or store those document contents.
Document contents are not sent to AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, or Google UMP for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, messaging, configuration, or consent management.
The App may maintain local thumbnails, temporary files, search indexes, recent-file records, preferences, and cache. You can manage applicable file permissions through device settings. Features requiring access may stop working if you revoke it.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide document reading, search, and organization.
- Maintain local preferences and recent-file information.
- Understand usage and improve App performance.
- Diagnose crashes and technical errors.
- Deliver notifications and remote configuration.
- Support document-related machine-learning features.
- Display and measure advertisements in the free version.
- Manage consent choices and subscriptions.
- Respond to support requests.
- Prevent fraud and abuse and meet legal obligations.
5. Analytics and Crash Reporting
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics helps us understand App usage and feature interactions. It may process usage events, device and App information, identifiers, and related technical information.
Analytics remains active for free users and paid subscribers. Analytics events are not designed to include document contents, filenames, or file paths.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics helps identify crashes and improve stability. It may process crash traces, errors, App and operating-system versions, device state, installation identifiers, and diagnostics. Crash reports are not designed to include document contents, filenames, or file paths.

6. Push Notifications
Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications and service messages. It may process installation identifiers, notification tokens, App and device information, and message-delivery information.
You can disable notifications in device settings. Disabling notifications does not necessarily disable other Firebase services.
7. Remote Configuration
Firebase Remote Config manages certain App settings and feature availability. It may process installation identifiers and technical requests to deliver configuration values. It is not provided with document contents.
8. Google ML Kit
Google ML Kit supports document-related machine-learning functionality, including text recognition where available. Processing depends on the API and implementation. Certain processing occurs on the device, while network requests may download or update models and related components.
FT PVT. LIMITED does not use ML Kit to upload document contents to FT PVT. LIMITED servers or use them for advertising or Firebase Analytics.
9. Advertising and Consent
Google AdMob
The free version displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Depending on settings, region, and consent, advertising services may process IP address, approximate location, App and advertising identifiers, interactions, and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
Paid subscribers receive an ad-free experience. Non-advertising services described in this policy may remain active.
Google User Messaging Platform
Google UMP requests and records applicable advertising consent and privacy choices. It may process consent status, selections, IP address, and App and device information needed to display the appropriate message.
Where required, advertising behavior depends on your choices. You can revisit choices through privacy options when available in the App.

10. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers a paid subscription for an ad-free experience. Google Play handles purchases and payment processing. FT PVT. LIMITED does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Google may process account, billing, transaction, and subscription information under its terms and privacy practices. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account.
11. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following services for the purposes described in this policy:
- Firebase Analytics — usage measurement.
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — notifications.
- Firebase Remote Config — App configuration.
- Google AdMob — advertisements and measurement.
- Google UMP — consent and privacy choices.
- Google ML Kit — machine-learning functionality.
- Google Play — subscriptions and payments.
Providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy practices. Review the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security information.
12. Information Sharing
Information is transmitted to the providers identified above as needed for the described services. Advertising processing may constitute data sharing under certain privacy laws or platform definitions.
We do not sell personal information for money. Personalized advertising may be considered sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law. Applicable consent and privacy controls are provided where required.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or valid legal requests, protect users and others, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a business transfer subject to applicable law.
13. Data Retention
- Documents and local data: Documents remain under your control. Local App data may remain until removed through App or device controls, storage clearing, or uninstallation, subject to operating-system behavior.
- Support messages: Retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- Provider data: Retained according to service settings and the relevant provider's retention practices.
14. Data Security
Core document-reading processing occurs on your device. Documents are not uploaded to FT PVT. LIMITED servers. Information processed by service providers is subject to their security practices.
No device, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
15. Your Choices and Data Deletion
You can:
- Manage file and notification permissions in device settings.
- Delete documents using available file-management controls.
- Clear local App storage or uninstall the App.
- Manage available advertising and consent choices.
- Reset or delete your advertising identifier where supported.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
- Contact us about privacy or deletion requests.
There is no FT PVT. LIMITED account or profile to delete. To request deletion of support correspondence or other information held directly by us, email kcorporation70@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."
Describe the information concerned. We may need to verify details before completing your request. Provider-controlled information is also subject to provider controls, retention practices, and legal obligations.
16. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may also have a right to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

17. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. FT PVT. LIMITED does not knowingly require children under 13 to create an account or directly provide personal contact information through the App.
If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact kcorporation70@gmail.com so we can review and respond. Additional age requirements may apply under local law.
18. International Processing
Service providers may process information outside your country. Processing is subject to their terms, privacy practices, contractual safeguards, and applicable legal requirements.
19. Policy Changes
We may update this policy when App features, services, privacy practices, or applicable requirements change. We will revise the "Last Updated" date on this page. Please review this policy periodically.
